       Mr. Arman Harijanto is a seminar speaker and an independent trainer (2000-current) to many local, international companies and government organization such as Bank Permata, BCA Finance, PT. CSA Tbk., Honda Marco Motor, Intiboga Sejahtera (Bimoli Cooking Oil), Lombok Gandaria, Central Java Drinking Water, Greenworld Indonesia, Kafe Betawi, Yamaha Cahya Motor Indosat, Jamsostek, Finance Department of Indonesia, Indonesian Army School (SesKoAD) and many others. His fields of expertise cover Management, Leadership, Marketing, Salesmanship, Education, Human Resources and Intrapreneurship. For the past 10 years, he is focusing in building intrapreneurial mindset in many companies & organization. He believes companies that concern about this issue will gain such self-motivation, creativity and value of the company.

     He was a game & content developer for The Scholar Indonesia 2008 – a scholarship program by Tanoto Foundation in association with MMUI and MetroTV.

He was a project director of Robby Djohan’s leadership book “Leading in Crisis” (2007). He used to be a Partner (Department of Human Resource Development and Content Developer) in RKS Management, Indonesia.  Before act as a Training Content Manager (2001-2004), Arman was an in-house trainer, developer of management games and assistant of Rhenald Kasali (Managing Partner of RKS Management). He was covering many projects for national and international companies / organizations of various industries such as consumer product, automotive, banking, telecommunication, airlines and Government Institutions. Special interest in Salesmanship, Business Motivation, Strategic Management, Experiential Marketing, Education and Entrepreneurship

    He has been a Business Research Consultant in KPMG Soejendro Soesanto, Jakarta (19972000) specialized in Logistics System, Accounting, and Financial Restructuring for various companies

    He is also an instructor and a lecturer of graduate program in The University of Indonesia. He was a lecturer of graduate program in management in the University of Surabaya (2001-2011) University of Lampung (2001-2008), University of Tanjungpura (2001-2008) and University of Udayana (2002 – 2003) for marketing & management subjects.

     Mr. Arman Harijanto graduated from the University of Satya Wacana, Salatiga – Central Java, in Management (1997). He earned his MM concentration in Marketing, at Graduate Studies of Management, University of Indonesia in Jakarta, Indonesia (2001).
